Important Information

This isn't just a walk in the park!
Only you know your own abilities. We strongly suggest you follow our advice, have good quality tested gear (especially torch/phone) and spares. Most importantly, you should make sure that at least some of your training hikes are done at night. We strongly recommend that you have completed the whole course within your training.

Fundraising 
Barclays MoonTrekker is a major fundraising event. It is mandatory for each particiant MUST raise a minimum of HK$650 via a SimplyGiving fundraising page. For enquiries on SimplyGiving, please email: cheryl@simplygiving.com


Race Pack collection
Venue: Joint Dynamics,
(Quarry Bay). 
Date: Saturday, 21st September, 2019, 10am - 4pm This is where all participants must collect your pack and show your SimplyGiving donation page.

Substitutions and changes
You may make substitutions (free) until 2 weeks prior to race night (there is a two week black out before race-pack collection day). How to make substitutions. Full Terms and Conditions

Post-event drinks evening
Tuesday, 7-9pm, 22nd October. 2019 @ Beef & Liberty, California Tower, 30-32 D' Aguilar Street, Central. Registrations details.


What to bring
Please see the recommended and mandatory items needed for the race. It is very important that you are adequately prepared. 
Route Map   
It is strongly advised that each participant complete all sections of the course at least twice during their training. You should also incorporate night-hiking within your training programme.
